Our minibus

Our minibus leaves London Heathrow airport at regular intervals between around 10am and 4pm on arrival Sundays (remember that it can take anywhere up to a couple of hours to collect your bags and get through border control, so your flight will need to arrive in time for you to get through and catch the last minibus). Our minibus will be leaving our campus for London Heathrow between 6am and 12pm on departure Saturdays.

Your child will be given comprehensive instructions on how to find our central meeting point at Heathrow (which may involve walking between terminals). We also have staff to assist the students in finding their way to the meeting point. If you would prefer your child to be met at arrivals there are instructions on how to book a taxi below.

Other transport options

If you prefer your child to be met at arrivals rather than walk to/from our meeting point at London Heathrow Terminal 3, or if your child is arriving at a different airport to London Heathrow, you can book a taxi.

We suggest booking with a firm called Addison Lee which parents have used in the past. Please put the address as “59 St. Thomas Street, OXFORD, OX1 1HQ”. (Please note, if your child is 13 years old or younger they ask that you mention this in the “Add Note” section).

For return journeys, we recommend leaving at least four hours to get to Heathrow and check in. You can read Addison Lee’s terms and conditions here. Remember, our staff team will be at London Heathrow on arrival Sundays between 9am and 4pm in case of any problems, and you will have their contact details.
