Activities Coordinators

We are looking to recruit Activities Coordinators for our team. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification here.

  • Deadline: Sunday 26th March 2023 at 9pm. Please note that we will be assessing applications on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible
  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
  • Dates: Thursday 29th June to Saturday 12th August 2023 (six weeks)
  • Salary: £27,500 per annum, pro rata (which equates to £3745 gross over the summer school period)
  • Location: Central Oxford. Accommodation is not provided, but we can offer support and advice about places to look for accommodation if that would be helpful

Heads of House

We are looking to recruit Heads of House for our team. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification here.

  • Deadline: Sunday 26th March 2023 at 9pm. Please note that we will be assessing applications on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible
  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
  • Dates: Tuesday 27th June to Saturday 12th August 2023 (six weeks)
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum, pro rata (which equates to £4285 gross over the summer school period)
  • Location: Central Oxford. This is a residential role, and onsite accommodation will be provided

Content Editor

We are looking to recruit a Content Editor for our team. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification here.

If you’re looking to gain experience in proofreading, editing and people management this summer, this is the role for you!

We’re searching for a conscientious, self-motivated individual to join us remotely over our peak period in order to ensure the smooth running of our content creation and quality control.

You would be responsible for liaising with a team of freelance writers, editors and proofreaders, as well as accurately completing large volumes of proofreading yourself.

  • Deadline: Sunday 26th March 2023 at 9pm. Please note that we will be assessing applications on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible
  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
  • Ideal start date: Thursday 1st June
  • Contract end date: Thursday 31st August
  • Salary: £27,500 per annum, pro rata
  • Location: Remote. The ability to spend a few days in Oxford would be desirable but not essential

Content Executives
We’re looking to grow our freelance content team to assist with the creation, editing and uploading of a range of content for our audience of academically engaged high school students.

We’re looking for undergrads and recent grads who are confident in their writing skills and have very keen attention to detail. If you’d like to gain experience in content creation and marketing, we want to hear from you!

The role could include:

  • Writing blog posts for our academically engaged high school audience
  • Editing the work of others to ensure accuracy and adherence to our brand’s tone of voice
  • Proofreading undergraduate-level research papers written by our high school interns
  • Uploading and formatting content on our website
  • Creating content for our social media channels
  • Deadline: Sunday 26th March 2023 at 9pm. Please note that we will be assessing applications on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible
  • Assessment: Sophie, our Head of Content, will be in touch to arrange an assessment
  • Dates: Ongoing & flexible
  • Salary: £15/hr
  • Location: Remote

Tutors

We are looking to recruit Tutors for our team. Please see the Role Description and Person Specification here.

  • Subjects: We welcome applications from outstanding Tutors in all subjects
  • Dates: There are teaching opportunities on weekends throughout the year, and throughout the summer (June to August 2023)
  • Salary: £30/hr of teaching time
  • Location: Either remote (teaching takes place online over Zoom), or in person in Oxford (Blavatnik School of Government), depending on programme applied for

Customer Service Executive
