A personal message from the Co-Directors of the Oxford Scholastica Academy
Following the recent Middle East peace agreement, many families are now feeling ready to finalise their summer plans. We do still have a small number of final places available for students looking for a memorable, impactful and life-changing summer in Oxford.
Dear Parents and Students,
Jamie and I wanted to write to you personally as Co-Directors of the Oxford Scholastica Academy.
We are pleased to see that a peace agreement has now been signed in the Middle East, following a period of real worry and uncertainty for families in the region and around the world.
We know many families understandably paused their summer plans while concerns around safety and travel remained unresolved. Since the peace deal was announced, we have already seen an increase in bookings from families who are now finalising their summer arrangements.
We do still have a small number of final places available for this year’s summer school in Oxford. If you are considering joining us this summer, now is the moment to apply.

This is Stephanie’s fifth summer with us, and she is residential on the programme with our students.
No question is too small, and we are always happy to help. She is ready to respond quickly to facilitate your arrangements.
Final Places for this Summer
We do still have a small number of final places available for our summer school this year.
If your plans have changed recently, Stephanie would be pleased to talk you through the options still available and help you find the right course, dates and accommodation.
At this stage of the summer, we recommend speaking with us directly so we can confirm availability quickly and clearly.
Support with Travel and Visas
We understand that arranging international travel at short notice can feel like a significant step.
If you require supporting documentation, we can provide an official visa-support letter once your place is confirmed. We can also talk through arrival dates, travel timings and any practical questions you may have.
We want every family to feel fully supported before their child joins us in Oxford.
New Friendships for Life
While some students come with friends, many join Oxford Scholastica without knowing anyone in advance.
With small classes, attentive staff and students joining us from around the world, friendships form very quickly. Our residential team is there from the moment students arrive to help them settle in, feel included and make the most of their time in Oxford. We also have an online community for students to meet each other before the programme starts.
Students often leave with friendships that last long after the programme has ended.
