Oxford Scholastica class of 2014, you did it! Graduation has arrived and whilst many will be sad to be departing, there is plenty to be thankful for as we look back on a fantastic two weeks.
Before this, there is still work to do, as students finish off the last few assignments in order to graduate.
Today students are required to do some packing in their free time as there has been a lot of souvenir shopping which will require some meticulous weighing before boarding planes.
At the graduation ceremony, held at the prestigious location of Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, students received awards for their courses and also for any extra-curricular challenges they may have taken part in.
For the final evening, we enjoyed a traditional Scottish dancing event, a “Ceilidh”, and the day ended with the signing of yearbooks by students where we saw some heartfelt messages.
We encourage you all to stay in touch with each other and to stay in contact with the us to keep the Oxford Scholastica spirit running through the summer! Many of our students got an early night tonight, in order to catch an early flight, so we have only one final message for the students from me (Ade), Molly, Georgia, Henry, Kit, Sophie and Jamie: it truly has been a pleasure; thank you!
