Sunday morning began with a well needed lie-in for our students after a busy first week. Some students headed off to hero sessions in the morning, hearing from young professionals in their field, and discovering the direction that their future careers could take.

After these sessions, students were taken to Corpus Christi College to experience brunch in their hall, and fill up on a big, hot meal before an exciting evening at the much-anticipated OSA Ball.

The afternoon was given over to preparing for the OSA International Ball! Students got ready with their friends, and practised their best dance moves, before congregating in their common rooms for a buffet dinner.

After (successfully!) trying their best not to spill food down their beautiful outfits, everyone began the walk down to the river to board the boat. This had to be one of the best fashion shows Oxford has ever seen! Some students initially found finding their sea legs a little tricky, but within a few minutes everyone was having a great time dancing, and posing for photos. There was a wonderful array of national dress on show, including Haya, Riddhi, and Gaby’s incredible outfits.

The three hours passed all too quickly, and soon we were all headed back to the accommodation, tired but happy, and ready for a good night’s sleep.
