We have a range of roles available this summer on both the pastoral and academic teams.

Tutors

We are looking to recruit Tutors for our team. Please see the Role Description and Person Specification here.

  • Deadline: Tutor vacancies are filled on a rolling basis so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The deadline is Sunday 14th April
  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
  • Subjects: We are looking for outstanding tutors in all subjects
  • Dates: There are teaching opportunities throughout the summer (June to August 2024), with the possibility of further opportunities on weekends throughout the year
  • Salary: Starting salary of £35/hr of teaching time
  • Location: Either remote (teaching takes place online over Zoom), or in person in central Oxford, depending on programme applied for

Activities Coordinators

We are looking to recruit Activities Coordinators for our team. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification here.

  • Deadline: Vacancies are filled on a rolling basis so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The deadline is Sunday 14th April
  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
  • Dates: Sunday 30th June to Saturday 10th August 2024 (six weeks). Ideally we are looking for candidates who are free for the whole six-week period, but we’re also keen to hear from exceptional candidates with more limited availability
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum, pro rata (which equates to £4182 gross over the summer school period)
  • Location: Central Oxford. Accommodation is not provided, but we can offer support and advice about places to look for accommodation if that would be helpful
  • Staff Training: Staff training is paid and takes place on Thursday 27th June and Friday 28th June, in central Oxford
  • Further Training: We need all our staff to have an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate and to undergo Safeguarding training. If you don’t have a First Aid certificate, we will schedule a First Aid training session before the summer and will cover the cost of this training for you (if you are unable to attend this session, we’ll ask you to undertake a certified Emergency First Aid at Work training course elsewhere but we won’t be able to cover the cost). We will cover the cost of your online safeguarding training course
